As a company actively operating in the movement of goods between the EU member states, you are obliged to submit a set of reports for intra trade statistics; including notifications of goods receipt or dispatch for Germany concerning the imports from or exports to other EU countries. Additionally, the Federal Central Tax Office in Saarlouis requires at regular intervals summary reports on your activities in the intra-EU trade.
